PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limb compression device in which the limb compression operation that decreases the burden to a patient can be realized.SOLUTION: In the limb compression device, a cuff part wrapped around the limb of a patient is connected, the air supply and air release of the cuff part are controlled, thereby the compression and release of the limb are controlled. The limb compression device compresses the limb by controlling the air supply and air release of the cuff part, makes the periphery side to be an ischemic condition than the site of pressure over the ischemia period provided beforehand, continuously controls the air release of the cuff part to liberate the compression of the limb, perfuses the blood into the periphery side over the perfusion period provided beforehand, and repeats only the predetermined number of times of these ischemia period and perfusion period. The limb compression device detects the pulsation of the periphery side than the site of pressure in the ischemia operation by the cuff part to detect a systolic arterial pressure, and controls the cuff pressure in the ischemia period based on the detection of the systolic arterial pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者への負担を低減する肢部圧迫動作を実現可能な肢部圧迫装置を提供する。【解決手段】 肢部圧迫装置は、患者の肢部に巻かれるカフ部が接続され、該カフ部の給気及び排気を制御することで肢部の圧迫と解放を制御する。肢部圧迫装置は、カフ部への給気と排気を制御することにより肢部を圧迫し、予め定められた虚血期間にわたって圧迫部位よりも末梢側を虚血状態とし、続いてカフ部の排気を制御して肢部の圧迫を解放し、予め定められた潅流期間にわたって末梢側に血液を潅流させ、これら虚血期間と潅流期間とを所定回数だけ繰り返す。肢部圧迫装置は、カフ部による虚血動作中に圧迫部位よりも末梢側の拍動を検出して収縮期血圧を検出し、虚血期間においては、この収縮期血圧の検出に基づいて、カフ圧力を制御する。【選択図】 図1
