The invention relates to a programmable surgical radio-generator for simple cutting, cutting-coagulation and coagulation, applicable in all surgical fields. According to the invention, the radio-generator comprises the following components: a supply module (1), a power-line filter (2) preventing radio-frequency disturbances from entering the power line, where the supply module (1) generates the voltage required for the operation of a commutation-stabilized voltage source (3) and a commutation programmable voltage source (4) which receives information from a central unit (5) supplied from the commutation-stabilized voltage source (3), allowing the pre-setting of the working parameters according to the operation duties, the storage thereof, ensuring the output power for each operation duty and the display of the selected operation duty and output power, a quartz oscillator (6) ensuring a frequency of 4.4 MHz which is transmitted to a modulator (7) which receives information from the central unit (5) to provide modulation of the non-sinusoidal signal which is transmitted to a power amplifier (8) which is also connected to the central unit (5) and which amplifies the signal and transmits it to a radio-frequency unit (9) connected to a frequency-tuning module (10), wherefrom the radio-frequency carrier signal reaches a commutation unit (11) which, in its turn, receives information from the central unit (5) and transmits it to a pedal switch (12) and an audio signalling unit (13), the signal from the commutation unit (11) reaching a monopolar output module (MIM) for performing surgery or a bipolar output module (MIB) employed in coagulation surgical interventions.Invenţia se referă la un radiogenerator chirurgical, programabil pentru tăiere pură, tăiere combinată cu coagulare şi coagulare, cu aplicabilitate în toate domeniile chirurgicale.
