It relates to a topical gel composition comprising lidocaine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and diclofenac or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or carriers for use in the treatment of pre- and postoperative pain in the benign anorectal surgery by topical rectal administration using a specific dosage regime which consist of the administration twice per day during three days and once per day from the fourth day of treatment of the composition. It also relates to a specific topical lipogel composition especially suitable for this use as well as to a kit comprising the previous lipogel and a second pharmaceutical composition comprising lidocaine or a salt pharmaceutically acceptable thereof together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or carriers.L'invention concerne une composition de type gel pour application topique comprenant de la lidocaïne ou ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables et du diclofénac ou ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, conjointement à un ou plusieurs excipients ou supports pharmaceutiquement acceptables pour une utilisation dans le traitement de la douleur pré-opératoire et post-opératoire de la chirurgie anorectale bénigne par une administration topique rectale suivant un schéma posologique spécifique qui consiste en l'administration de la composition deux fois par jour pendant trois jours puis une fois par jour à partir du quatrième jour de traitement. L'invention concerne également une composition spécifique de lipogel pour application topique particulièrement appropriée pour cette utilisation, ainsi qu'un kit comprenant le lipogel précédemment cité et une seconde composition pharmaceutique comprenant de la lidocaïne ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de cette dernière conjointement à un ou plusieurs excipients ou supports pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
