The present invention relates to a system for diagnosing attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) based on brainwaves and, more specifically, to a system for diagnosing ADHD based on brainwaves, which separates brainwaves of a person under diagnosis by each frequency band, extracts a plurality of property information indices which are references for determining the ADHD or not and assembles the extracted plurality of property information indices to determine whether the person under diagnosis has the ADHD, thereby enhancing reliability of a diagnosis result.
