The present invention relates to a balloon catheter, which comprises a shaft, a balloon made of an expandable membrane, a flexible substrate, one or more electrodes, and one or more radiopaque flags. According to the present invention, the shaft is inserted into the heart of a patient. The balloon is fitted to a distal end of the shaft. The flexible substrate is disposed on the membrane. The electrodes are disposed on the flexible substrate and have fishbone configuration.
