PURPOSE: A porous microsphere and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach a bone cell to a connected and opened pore connected to the outside, thereby providing a large surface and a large space capable of osteophony and osteanagenesis. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous microsphere comprises the following steps. Polymer solution including a polyester polymer, polyester, and a pore-forming agent is dispersed in liquid including hydrophilic solvent and a surfactant to manufacture O/W type emulsion. Organic solvent is removed from the O/W type emulsion to obtain a microsphere. The pore-forming agent is sublimated to form pores in a microsphere body. A microsphere with a pore is treated by alkaline solution to activate a surface. The surface activated microsphere is dipped in calcium ion and phosphate ion.본 발명은 다공성 마이크로스피어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구형의 몸체 표면 및 내부에 기공이 형성된 다공성 마이크로스피어에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 폴리에스테르계 생분해성 고분자를 포함하여 이루어지고, 마이크로스피어의 표면 및 기공 표면은 인산칼슘계 결정으로 코팅되어 표면 개질된 다공성 마이크로스피어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.상기 다공성 마이크로스피어는 서로 잘 연결된 기공구조를 가져 체내 이식시 세포의 부착과 증식을 위해 넓은 표면적과 공간을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 인산칼슘계 결정으로 코팅되어 친수성으로 표면 개질됨으로써 초기 세포의 부착 및 증식이 촉진되어 골 및 치주조직의 재생을 효과적으로 도모할 수 있다.
