PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for ophthalmology containing a combination of both pranoprofen and ketotifen fumarate by increasing the stability of ketotifen fumarate at a high pH domain where the stimulus of pranoprofen is hard to generate, since it has been difficult to contain a combination of both pranoprofen and ketotifen fumarate, because the pH domain in which solubility of pranoprofen is high and that in which the stability of ketotifen fumarate is secured are different.SOLUTION: In a medicine for ophthalmology containing pranoprofen and ketotifen fumarate and having a pH over 6.5, this medicine for ophthalmology further includes salts of edetic acid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】プラノプロフェンの溶解度が高いpH領域と、フマル酸ケトチフェンの安定性が確保できるpH領域が異なるため、プラノプロフェンとフマル酸ケトチフェンを同時に配合することは困難であった。本発明は、プラノプロフェンの刺激が生じにくい高いpH領域においてもフマル酸ケトチフェンの安定化をはかることにより、プラノプロフェンとフマル酸ケトチフェンを同時に配合した点眼剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】プラノプロフェン及びフマル酸ケトチフェンを含むpHが6.5を超える眼科用剤において、さらにエデト酸塩類を配合したことを特徴とする眼科用剤を提供する。【選択図】なし
