PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel bending habit of an overtube 1.SOLUTION: The overtube 1 includes bending habit over the whole length in the longitudinal direction so that the lower side is dented. A thick part 10 of the overtube 1 located on the outer side (the lower side) of the bent is provided with a first wire insertion tube 11 over the whole length in the longitudinal direction. A wire 12 whose distal end is fixed to the distal part of the overtube 1 is inserted in the insertion tube 11.
