The present invention relates to a mattress device capable of changing the body position to prevent bedsores by changing the position of a patient through air control. The mattress device comprises: a mattress divided into multiple areas； first air pockets installed above each partition of the mattress； second air pockets for motion control installed under each partition of the mattress； hoses having one terminal connected to each of the second air pockets； a first valve installed in the middle of each hose； and an air pump connected to an air supply unit where opposite terminals of each hose supply the air or connected to an air discharge unit discharging the air.
