PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for applying medicine to the back by a user himself/herself without staining clothes.SOLUTION: A sliding arch cover 4 is mounted on a body 1, and a U-shaped notched part 5 is provided on the distal end of the cover. A guide 2 is provided in the middle of the body and the slide cover is configured to be moved up and down, by a cord 3, through the guide. A medicine is applied to the distal end of the body and is covered by sliding the slide cover. An arch of the cover is turned to the back and inserted between the clothes and the back.
