The present invention relates to a catheter with an anti-infection structure to be inserted into a urethra. According to the present invention, in order to prevent pollution caused by using the same location for inserting/extracting a reinforcing rib and for attaching/detaching a hose, a main tube and the hose are joined with each other first and then the reinforcing rib is inserted/extracted through an additional reinforcing insertion/extraction tube formed on one side of the main tube. Therefore, when the main tube and the hose are joined with each other, urine is prevented from being leaked unintentionally. In order to apply the present invention, at first, a urethra insertion tube and the hose are joined with each other the reinforce rib is inserted into the urethra insertion tube the reinforcing rib is extracted and then a urine storage sac is set to be used.
