PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth alignment correction device securing high wearing properties while maintaining high aesthetic properties, and allowing the facilitation of creation work.SOLUTION: A tooth alignment correction device 1 is formed with a corrected tooth alignment, and formed with an arch-like groove 5 fitted on a tooth alignment of a wearer. The tooth alignment correction device 1 includes gaps 6 between a groove wall face 52 of the corrected tooth alignment and the tooth alignment of the wearer as a difference between an outline shape of the groove wall face 52 of the corrected tooth alignment and an outline shape of the tooth alignment of the wearer. Both tooth shape models are created from the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the wearer, and are set as original models, and the original models are supplemented with a filler, and are set as correction models corrected with the tooth alignments.
