A wearable walking assist device comprises a left-right adjustable element and two walking assist mechanisms. Each foot walking assist mechanism comprises a first movable element, a front-rear adjustable element, a second movable element and a pivot. The first movable element is adjustably connected to the left-right adjustable element. The front-rear adjustable element comprises a waist support plate for supporting a waist of a user.
