PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment configured to perform a nurse call, even when a pull-cord is instantaneously pulled.SOLUTION: An attachment 100 is attached to a grip push-button-type slave machine 10. When a pull-cord 130C of a pull 130 is pulled upward, a pair of grip parts 114A and 114B are moved close to each other, so that a depression part 116 provided between the pair of grip parts 114A and 114B and on an upper side of the push-button 11 is deformed downward so as to depress the push-button 11. An elastic member is used as at least a part (e.g., an interposed part 130B) of the pull 130. Accordingly, even when the pull-cord 130C is instantaneously pulled, before the pull-cord 130C is detached from clothing of a patient, a part as the elastic member in the pull 130 extends gradually. While the part as the elastic member keeps extending, the push-button 11 is continuously depressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】引き紐が瞬時に引っ張られた場合であっても、ナースコールの呼び出しがなされるようにする。【解決手段】握り押ボタン式子機10に装着されるアタッチメント100において、引張部130の引き紐130Cが上方に引っ張られることにより、一対の把持部114A,114Bを互いに接近させて、一対の把持部114A,114Bの間、且つ、押ボタン11の上方に設けられた押下部116を下方に変形させて、押ボタン11を押下するように構成する。そして、引張部130の少なくとも一部(例えば介在部130B)に弾性部材を用いるようにする。これにより、引き紐130Cが瞬時に引っ張られた場合であっても、引き紐130Cが患者の衣服から外れてしまう前に、引張部130における弾性部材の部分が徐々に伸長するようになる。そして、弾性部材の部分が伸長し続けている間は、押ボタン11が押され続けるようになる。【選択図】図2
