FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Method of artificial blood purification with regeneration of dialysis solution in extracorporeal circuit includes electrooxidation on electrodes with change of urea removal rate, separation of gas phase in gas-liquid separator with level sensor based on two-electrode system, passing through sorption columns, return of purified solution through catheter for return and extraction of excess liquid by switching on electromechanical valve. Portable device for artificial blood purification with dialysis solution regeneration in extracorporeal circuit is used. Dialysis solution is passed through sorption columns with potassium, protein and phosphate sorbents and activated carbon. Electric oxidation is carried out on electrodes made of carbon material. Voltage on the electrodes is cyclically changed to stabilize the ion composition. Urea removal rate is controlled by smooth variation of current density passed through electrodes and calculated based on feedback data from ammonia sensor. Portable device is controlled via smartphone via wireless communication. Disclosed is a device for artificial blood purification with dialysis solution regeneration in an extracorporeal circuit.EFFECT: technical result consists in providing long-term low-flow peritoneal dialysis without replacing consumable materials, high convenience of use and quality of life of patients.3 cl, 3 dwgГруппа изобретений относится к медицинской технике.
