The present invention relates to sugarless white milk having sweet taste. A component called as stevioside is a natural sweetener contained in stevia leaves and is harmless to human body. The stevioside has more sweetness than sugar by several hundred times, but has low calories. According to the present invention, stevia sweet water is extracted by a method comprising the following steps: collecting stevia plants inputting the collected stevia plants in an extracter together with edible water and heating the stevia plants and the edible water at temperature of 90 to 120degC to extract the stevia sweet water.
