The present invention relates to an antioxidation method for an antioxidant material, and a material and use for same and, more specifically, to a method for preventing oxidation of an antioxidant material by means of treating the antioxidant material with aptamer, the aptamer having the activity, and an application of the aptamer to various fields such as cosmetic products. The aptamer, according to the present invention, shows an antioxidation effect for antioxidant materials such as vitamin C.
