PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an unshelled oyster with a heart-shaped shell, obtained by culturing oysters so that the whole contour of an oyster shell becomes heart-shaped, which has not been considered at all, and capable of enhancing the commodity value of unshelled oysters； and a method for producing the same, and a molding implement used in the method.SOLUTION: The center on a growing end side 1f of the unshelled oyster 1 is formed as a V-shaped recess 1g in a non-growing state, and both ends of the recess 1g are formed as round protruding edges 1h toward the growing direction, so that the whole contour of the shell of the unshelled oyster 1 is heart-shaped.【課題】これまで全く考慮されていなかった殻付き牡蠣の殻外形の全体をハート形という特定の形状になるように養殖し、殻付き牡蠣の商品価値を高めることのできるハート形をした殻付き牡蠣及びその製法並びにその製法に使用する成形器具を提供することにある。【解決手段】殻付き牡蠣１の成長端側１ｆの中央が非成長状態のＶ字型窪み１ｇに形成され、これを挟んでその両側が成長方向に向けて略丸みを帯びた凸型縁１ｈに形成され、殻付き牡蠣１の殻外形が全体として略ハート形に形成された。【選択図】 図１
