According to the present invention, the method prevents bee losses caused by collecting the bee venom as the bees are collected at the same time by using the bee separating device in a short time. Furthermore, as the bee venom manually collected in the past is collected by utilizing sterilized water, the bee venom collected on the bee venom collecting plate can be completely collected, working time for collecting bee venom can be remarkably reduced, and working efficiency can be also improved.
