The invention relates to solids powders comprising particles having an average particle size of 0.1 to 50 &mu；m with predominantly a core-shell structure, wherein the core comprises at least one water-insoluble fatty acid salt and the shell at least one anionic, cationic or non-ionic emulsifier, and the solids powder when introduced into water or at least one polar organic solvent or a mixture comprising water and at least one polar organic solvent, at a temperature of 23° C. while exposed to a mechanical force, forms a complete dispersion within 60 minutes or less.
