PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric and a loop member having an appropriate balance between air permeability and flexibility.SOLUTION: The loop member for hook-and-loop fasteners includes a loop layer of a staple nonwoven fabric, and a base material layer of a staple nonwoven fabric.
