It is suggested that only after exposure to the coagulation cascade protein can the innate antibody specifically related to tissue factor inhibitor (TFPI) be provided, which is useful for the treatment of haemophilia and other haemorrhagic disorders. When these antibodies are used in these treatments, they show a higher half-life than other anti TFPI antibodies, while reducing the possibility of side effects such as thrombosis.La presente divulgación proporciona anticuerpos profármaco que se unen específicamente al inhibidor de la vía del factor tisular (TFPI) únicamente tras la exposición a proteasas de la cascada de coa gulación.
