PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional material for cosmetic and health promotion, obtained from a byproduct (fermentation lees) produced in a process of producing an alcoholic fermented beverage or a fermented food, and excellent in biological safety.SOLUTION: A cosmetic or food and drink are obtained by mixing water-soluble sphingoglycolipid obtained from sake lees, or an extract of sake lees containing the water-soluble sphingoglycolipid, and have extremely excellent filaggrin decomposition enzyme activity acceleration action, collagen production acceleration action, and fibroblast cell activation action.
