PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a BBF2H7-deficient nonhuman animal.
SOLUTION: The nonhuman animal model of chondropathy has insufficiency of BBF2H7 gene, and the method for screening a remedy of the chondropathy or evaluating the drug action thereof uses the animal. An agent for treating the chondropathy is also provided.
