The present disclosure generally relates to a synergistic herbal composition for use in treating bloat in ruminant, the composition including: a therapeutically effective amount of Albizia amara a therapeutically effective amount of Boerhavia diffusa a therapeutically effective amount of Trachyspermum ammi a therapeutically effective amount of Ferula assa-foetida. a therapeutically effective amount of Allium sativum and a therapeutically effective amount of Zingiber officinale. The present disclosure also relates to a process for preparation of such synergistic herbal composition(s).
