Described herein is a machine for thermal conditioning of food products, which is particularly suited to use in small-to-medium-sized production contexts. The machine envisages a cylindrical conditioning chamber (10) and has a path (20) for conveying the products through said chamber that has a helical configuration. A rotor (30), which is equipped with radial arms and is set at the centre of the chamber (10), governs movement of the supports located on which are the products to be conditioned along the aforesaid track. In particular, the rotor is driven for repeating in sequence a rotation for a predefined angular range, starting each time from the same initial position.
