PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection instrument enabling a user to inject liquid into the body cavity while preventing stirring of liquid in the body cavity.SOLUTION: A liquid injection instrument 10 for injecting liquid into the body cavity around an operation object region includes: a cylindrical body 12 communicated into the body cavity through an incision formed on a body wall a supply port 18 for supplying liquid supplied from the outside to the cylindrical body 12 and a dispersion mechanism of dispersing liquid supplied from the supply port 18 in the circumferential direction followed by injecting into the body cavity.
