PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily estimate a portion where fluid existing in a subject is likely to stagnate.SOLUTION: An image control circuit 37 performs MR imaging targeting an imaging portion in a subject and collects MR signals. A reconstruction circuit 33 reconstructs a plurality of MR images relating to a plurality of time phases on the basis of the MR signals. An image processing circuit 35 has a positioning function 351, an index value calculation function 353 and a mapping image generation function 355. The image processing circuit 35 performs positioning of the plurality of MR images relating to the plurality of time phases by executing the positioning function 351. The image processing circuit 35 calculates a fluid behavior index value showing the behavior of fluid in the imaging portion on the basis of a signal value of each of pixels of the plurality of MR images subjected to the positioning by executing the index value calculation function 353. The image processing circuit 35 generates a mapping image where the fluid behavior index value is allocated to each of the pixels by executing the mapping image generation function 355.
