The present invention relates to a system for checking a function of an exhaling lung and diagnosing a pulse with a tongue diagnosis system, and more specifically, to a system for checking a function of an exhaling lung and diagnosing a pulse with a tongue diagnosis system, which comprises: a tongue diagnosis device for obtaining a tongue diagnosed medial image of an examinee; an expired gas sensor part for sensing expired gas which is included in exhalation of the examinee to diagnose a respiratory disease of the examinee; a pulse measurement part measuring a pulse of the examinee. The expired gas sensor part and the pulse measurement part are configured as one single equipment structure integrally formed on a main body forming a tongue diagnosis device. According to the present invention, the system for checking the function of an exhaling lung and diagnosing the pulse with a tongue diagnosis system comprises: the tongue diagnosis device obtaining and analyzing a tongue diagnosed-medical image of the examinee; the expired gas sensor part integrally coupled to a structure of the main body of the tongue diagnosis device; and the pulse measurement part. Thus, a tongue diagnosed-medial image diagnosis, an expired gas diagnosis, and pulse measurement can be all achieved through a structure of one single equipment. Accordingly, the convenience in medical diagnosis can be improved through various integral medical diagnoses. Furthermore, the tongue diagnosed-medial image diagnosis, the expired gas diagnosis, and the pulse measurement can be all achieved through an optimum structure of one single equipment. A hospital can save costs for purchasing the diagnosis device, caused by separately purchasing a tongue diagnosis device, an expired gas diagnosis device and a pulse diagnosis device, which are individually included in a conventional equipment, and minimizes a space limit for installation. A user is able to further improve competitiveness in an existing market for diagn
