The present invention relates to a wrist fixing device for inserting a tube into a radial artery. The wrist fixing device prevents the bending and separation of an injection needle by fixing an arm of a patient when securing a radial artery. The provided wrist fixing device for inserting a tube into a radial artery includes: a support plate which is arranged to settle an arm of a patient in the upper part and forms a protrusion part so that a radius part of the patient protrudes upwards in the upper side a band member which is installed to be connected to the front end of the support plate and immobilizes the hand part of the patient which is settled in the support plate a rear band member which is installed to be connected to the rear end part of the support plate and immobilizes the forearm part of the patient which is closely attached to the support plate in a wrapped state and a connection fixing part which immobilizes the support plate in order to connect a fixture of the outside. Thereby the present invention enables the long-term securement of an arterial tube and the management of a blood pressure in order to collect arterial blood by keeping the arterial tube without a bending even when a patient moves a wrist unconsciously by raising and immobilizing a radius part of the patient at a predetermined angle by securing the arterial tube.
