PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety injector.SOLUTION: A safety injector comprises a syringe, a needle hub, an interlocking section and a plunger rod. The syringe has an annular fixing groove. The needle hub is mounted in the syringe and has a first internal projection part and a first annular fixing part. The first annular fixing part of the needle hub is fitted in the annular fixing groove of the syringe. The interlocking section is mounted in the needle hub and has an elastic wing part and a first external projection part. The plunger rod is mounted in the syringe and has a second external projection part. When the elastic wing part of the interlocking section abuts against the second external projection part of the plunger rod, if the interlocking section is pulled by the plunger rod and moves in a direction of separating from the needle hub, the first external projection part and the first internal projection part of the needle hub abut against each other, and the needle hub and a needle mounted in the needle hub are pulled into the back of the syringe.
