Provided is a novel mannanase, and amino acid sequence thereof is set forth in SEQ ID NO:1. Also provided are the gene of the novel mannanase, Pichia pastoris engineering bacteria and Trichoderma reesei engineering bacteria recombinant expressing the gene. The mannanases produced by the Pichia pastoris engineering bacteria and the Trichoderma reesei engineering bacteria have an optimum pH at 4.5 and an optimum temperature at 60 ℃. Furthermore, the use of the novel mannanase in preparation of feed additive is also provided.La présente invention concerne une nouvelle mannanase, et une séquence dacides aminés correspondante représentée par la SEQ ID NO:1. Linvention concerne également le gène de la nouvelle mannanase, la bactérie Pichia pastoris génétiquement modifiée et la bactérie Trichoderma reesei génétiquement modifiée recombinée exprimant ledit gène. Les mannanases produites par la bactérie Pichia pastoris génétiquement modifiée et la bactérie Trichoderma reesei génétiquement modifiée ont un pH optimal de 4,5 et une température optimale de 60 °C. Linvention concerne en outre, lutilisation de la nouvelle mannanase dans la préparation dadditifs alimentaires.
