PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply measure the total weight without jumping out of earth and seeds from a seedling box.SOLUTION: A seedling box weight measuring device 1 measures the total weight of a seedling box 17 at a predetermined position P where the seedling box 17 can be taken out upward in a seedling box transport passage 18. The device includes: a weight measuring device 2 configured to measure the total weight of the seedling box 17 supported by a seedling box support part 20 constructed to support the bottom of the seedling box 17 and an elevating mechanism 3 which supports the weight measuring device 2 to be elevated and moved relatively to the seedling box transport passage 18. The elevating mechanism 3 moves the weight measuring device 2 in parallel between the lowering position S1 where the seedling box support part 20 is retreated downward not to interfere with the seedling box 17 passing the predetermined position P and the elevated position where the seedling box 17 in the predetermined position P is above the lowering position S1 to be supported by the seedling box support part 20 and also in front of the lowering position S1 in the transport direction of the seedling box transport passage 18.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 苗箱から土や種子が飛び出させることなく、簡単に総重量を測定することができるようにする。【解決手段】 本発明の苗箱重量測定装置1は、苗箱搬送路18における上方へ苗箱17が取り出し可能な所定位置Pで、苗箱17の総重量を測定するものであり、苗箱17の底部を支持可能に構成された苗箱支持部20が支持する苗箱17の総重量を測定するように構成された重量測定器2と、重量測定器2を苗箱搬送路18に対して相対的に昇降移動可能に支持する昇降機構3とを備えている。昇降機構3は、所定位置Pを通過する苗箱17に干渉しないように苗箱支持部20が下方に退避した下降位置S1と、所定位置Pにある苗箱17を苗箱支持部20が支持するように下降位置S1よりも上方にあり、且つ、該下降位置S1よりも苗箱搬送路18の搬送方向前方側にある上昇位置との間で重量測定器2を平行移動させるように構成されている。【選択図】 図3
