The present invention relates to an elastic bracket for preventing bird landing, comprising: a fixing plate coupled to a cross arm of an electric pole along a lengthwise direction; a rotating plate extending in the same direction as that of the fixing plate and generating shaking when a bird lands thereon; and an elastic bracket arranged between the fixing plate and the rotating plate, and providing an elastic force such that the rotating plate shakes, wherein the elastic bracket comprises: a spring; a pair of lower connecting materials provided so as to connect the lower end of the spring and the upper end of the fixing plate; and a pair of upper connecting materials provided so as to connect the upper end of the spring and the lower end of the rotating plate, wherein the upper connecting materials comprise side covers extending toward the fixing plate.
