The fixing device secures spiked bird repellent strips (5) to cornices, facades, etc. Each strip is of steel (6), with steel wires (7) on it and bent at different angles and of different lengths. It comprises a profiled holder (1) with flanges (3) at right angles to the strip, which fits in recesses (4) in the flanges, extending in the transverse direction of the holder. A profiled locking member (2) is inserted in the holder, clamping the strip in the recesses. The holder is secured to the facade etc. (13) by other clamps (9-12;14,15). ADVANTAGE - Easy installation without drilling holes.
