The present invention relates to a quinazoline derivative, a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating influenza virus containing the same. According to the present invention, the quinazoline derivative which is represented by chemical formula 1 shows low toxicity to normal cells, and exhibits outstanding antiviral activities against influenza virus, thereby being useful as pharmaceutical compositions for preventing or treating influenza.본 발명은 퀴나졸린 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 인플루엔자 바이러스 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 화학식 1의 퀴나졸린 유도체는 정상세포에 대한 독성이 낮을 뿐만 아니라, 인플루엔자 바이러스에 대해 매우 우수한 항바이러스 활성을 가지므로, 인플루엔자의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
