An air pressure cuff of the present invention comprises: a plurality of air compartment spaces of the air pressure cuff, in which an inner space for insertion of an upper or a lower limb is formed so as to be worn by the upper or lower limbs of a user； and an air hose connection unit connected to an air hose so that air pressure is supplied to and discharged from the air compartment space. The plurality of air compartment spaces comprise a hand air compartment space portion and an arm air compartment space portion, or a foot air compartment space portion and a leg air compartment space portion. A sliding prevention unit is formed to prevent the cuff from slipping down below the upper or lower limbs during use. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the cuff from slipping down below the upper or lower limbs due to the individual contraction and expansion of the air compartment spaces by fixing a joint region of the user in the cuff through the sliding prevention unit.본 발명의 공기 압박 커프는, 사용자의 상지 또는 하지가 착용될 수 있도록, 상지 또는 하지의 삽입을 위한 내부 공간이 형성된 공기 압박 커프의 복수 개의 공기 구획 공간부 및 상기 공기 구획 공간부에 공기압이 공급 및 배출될 수 있도록 하는 에어 호스에 연결되는 에어 호스 연결부를 포함하는 공기 압박 커프로서, 상기 복수 개의 공기 구획 공간부는, 수부(手部) 공기 구획 공간부와 비부(臂部) 공기 구획 공간부, 또는, 족부(足部) 공기 구획 공간부와 퇴부(腿部) 공기 구획 공간부로 이루어지며, 상기 커프가 사용 중에 상지 또는 하지 아래쪽으로 미끄러져 내려가는 것을 방지하도록 하는 미끄럼 방지부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 미끄럼 방지부를 통해 사용자의 관절부위를 커프 내에 고정함으로써, 복수 개의 공기 구획 공간부의 개별 수축 및 팽창에 의해 커프가 상지 또는 하지 아래쪽으로 미끄러지는 것을 방지하는 것이 가능한 공기 압박 커프를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
