PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information monitoring apparatus which synchronizes timings in transmitting a plurality of different information pieces.SOLUTION: An input unit 30 inputs detected information acquired by a sensor. A multiplexing unit 32 generates an information sequence in which the detected information and time information are time-division-duplexed by inserting the time information in the input detected information. A transmission unit 38 transmits the information sequence. The time information in the multiplexing unit 32 is used to synchronize timings between the detected information contained in the information sequence transmitted from another transmission device 12 and the detected information in the multiplexing unit 32.
