Specifically, the present invention relates to a riding type rice transplanter having a weight control weight attached thereto in which a main body frame of the rice transplanter and a weight structure are modified such that when mounting the rice transplanter with a weight used for achieving front and back balance of the rice transplanter, a weight is installed between a primary seedling mounting table connection pipe and a footplate without installing a separate mounting member (a fixing plate) for mounting, thus reducing the number of components constituting the rice transplanter and facilitating assembly operation.
