The present invention relates to an artificial lower prosthesis for the amputee. Particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus with a socket, sleeve and flexible stem to establish a better clamping force between cut off human leg and the artificial lower limb without causing irritation and enables the amputee to walk on the uneven surface. The said sleeve is Chinese braided in nature and the said socket is slotted in nature. The said flexible stem consist of an elastic spring element.
