PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization method capable of decomposing a wide range of odor materials at good efficiency, and a deodorization device capable of achieving such deodorization method.SOLUTION: By supplying gas containing ozone and fog of dispersion of photocatalyst particles containing tungsten oxide to an objective space or an object, deodorization of the objective space or the object is conducted. An example of devices for achieving the deodorization method includes a deodorization device 10 having an ozone generation part 20 for supplying gas containing ozone by generating ozone from oxygen molecules and an atomization part 30 for supplying fog of the dispersion of the photocatalyst particles by atomizing the dispersion of the photocatalyst particles with ultrasonic wave, and capable of mixing and supplying the gas containing ozone and the fog of the dispersion of the photocatalyst particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 広範な臭気物質を効率よく分解することができる脱臭方法を提供する。また、このような脱臭方法を実現することができる脱臭装置も提供する。【解決手段】 対象空間又は対象物に対して、オゾンを含む気体と、酸化タングステンを含む光触媒粒子の分散液の霧とを供給することにより、前記対象空間又は対象物の脱臭を行う。このような脱臭方法を実現するための装置としては、酸素分子からオゾンを生成することでオゾンを含む気体を供給するオゾン発生部20と、光触媒粒子の分散液を超音波によって霧化することで光触媒粒子の分散液の霧を供給する霧化部30とを備え、オゾンを含む気体と、光触媒粒子の分散液の霧とを混合して供給することができるようにした脱臭装置10が例示される。【選択図】図1
