To provide shoes for allowing knees and a spine to be simultaneously in a straight state when the shoes are put on.SOLUTION: A bottom part B of a knee-spine simultaneous countermeasure shoe A is formed to allow a front end part C to be higher, to allow a front surface to be a polygonal shape, and to allow a rear end part D to be lower than the front end part C. A foot front part storage cover E is attached to a front side to perform pressing from an upper side so as to prevent a sole from being separated from the knee-spine simultaneous countermeasure shoe A. When the shoes are used for slippers or clogs, a heel slip-down prevention tool F for preventing a heel from slipping-down backward is arranged.
