PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration, in particular administration as an oral delivery system to be swallowed directly or capable of disintegration in the oral cavity, comprising iron oxy-hydroxide in high loading.SOLUTION: Pharmaceutical composition comprises iron oxy-hydroxide in high loading and is in a form suitable for oral administration as film-coated dosage forms for intact swallowing or as dosage forms capable of disintegration in the oral cavity. The composition contains at least one carbohydrate and/or humic acid. The iron oxy-hydroxide contains beta iron oxy-hydroxide. The iron oxy-hydroxide is present in an amount of 10 to 80% (w/w), preferably 30 to 65%(w/w), based on the total weight of the composition. The carbohydrate and/or humic acid are present in a total amount of 1 to 50%(w/w), preferably 5 to 30%(w/w), based on the total weight of the composition.【課題】オキシ水酸化鉄を高担持量で含有する、特に直接嚥下または口腔で崩壊可能な経口伝達システムとしての経口投与用医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】完全な嚥下のためのフィルムコーティング投与形態、または口腔での崩壊が可能な投与形態としての経口投与に適した形態である高担持量のオキシ水酸化鉄を含有する医薬組成物。少なくとも一つ以上の炭水化物及び／またはフミン酸を含有する前記医薬組成物。オキシ水酸化鉄が、ベータオキシ水酸化鉄を含有しており、オキシ水酸化鉄が、組成物の全重量に対して、１０～８０％（ｗ／ｗ）、好ましくは３０～６５％（ｗ／ｗ）の量で存在する前記医薬組成物。炭水化物及び／またはフミン酸が、組成物の全重量に対して、１～５０％（ｗ／ｗ）、好ましくは５～３０％（ｗ／ｗ）の総量で存在する前記医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
