A vaccine for preventing poultry from diseases caused by IB viral infection contains the IB virus and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent. The virus is an attenuated or inactivated virus. The vaccine additionally contains an adjuvant and one or more vaccine ingredients for infectious other pathogen. A method for controlling the diseases caused by IB viral infection comprises a step of administering the virus to birds. A method for manufacturing the IB virus comprises: a step of inoculating to IB virus to a substrate which is susceptible to infection a step of proliferating the IB virus and a step of collecting materials containing the IB virus.
