FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of accelerated solid-phase fermentation of wastes of vegetable raw material for feed production consists of the following operations: a) preliminary steaming (pasteurization) of the chopped waste of vegetable raw material at a temperature of 80°C to 150°C and at an excessive pressure up to 10 bar b) pasteurized biomass cooling by adding cold water or natural cooling c) solid-phase fermentation of the resulted biomass by a mixture of microorganisms based on mycelium of cellulolytic, pectolytic and amylolytic microfungi at a temperature of 50-55°C, humidity of 45-65% of raw materials, holding time from 3 up to 6 h when simulating a gaseous medium in a sealed altitude test chamber by supplying a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen at intervals not less than every hour to obtain a wet feed concentrate d) homogeneous mixing of wet feed concentrate with the chopped grain crops at the ratio from 1:1 to 1:4 until the moisture content of the mixture is 20-25%, optimal for the subsequent process of the feed pelletizing.
