PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developmental disability diagnosis support apparatus which attains improved accuracy of visual line detection.SOLUTION: A diagnosis support apparatus includes: a display unit； an image pickup unit for capturing an image of a subject； a visual line detection unit that detects a visual line direction of the subject from the image captured by the image pickup unit； a view point detection unit that detects a view point of the subject in a display area of the display unit on the basis of the visual line direction； an output control unit that causes the display unit to display a diagnosis image and, before displaying the diagnosis image, causes the display unit to display an image as a prediagnostic image with background in a different display mode from that of the diagnosis image, for moving the view point of the subject closer to a specific position； and an evaluation unit that evaluates a degree of the developmental disability of the subject on the basis of the view point detected by the view point detection unit when the diagnosis image is displayed.
