An endoscope system includes a light source device, an endoscope device, a control device and a display device.The control device can control the light source device to selectively generate a white light beam and at least one detection beam.The endoscope device includes a detection tube body and an image capturing module.The detection tube can guide the white light beam and the detection beam to the affected part of the organism.The detection end of the detection tube body can guide the excitation beam generated by the illumination of the detection beam on the affected part, or the white light reflected by the illumination of the white light beam on the affected part to the image capture module.The image capture module includes an image capture unit and a filter unit, which can project white light reflected beam and excited beam to the image capture unit.The display device can display the light beam captured by the image capturing unit as a white light image or a detection image.一種內視鏡系統包括光源裝置、內視鏡裝置、控制裝置及顯示裝置。控制裝置能控制光源裝置，以選擇性地能產生白光光束及至少一檢測光束。內視鏡裝置包含檢測管體及影像擷取模組。檢測管體能導引白光光束及檢測光束投射至生物體體內的患部。檢測管體的檢測端能導引患部受檢測光束照射後激發所產生的激發光束，或是患部受白光光束照射所反射的白光反射光束至影像擷取模組。影像擷取模組包含影像擷取單元及濾光單元，濾光單元能使白光反射光束及激發光束投射至影像擷取單元。顯示裝置能將影像擷取單元所擷取光束對應顯示為白光影像或檢測影像。
