The invention provides a preparation containing an antibiotic, with the exclusion of β-lactam antibiotics, and silver in the form selected from nano- or microparticles and silver compound, for use in the treatment of infections caused by bacteria resistant against the antibiotic. It further provides use of this preparation for the treatment of surfaces and/or material against resistant bacteria. The invention further includes an antibiotic preparation containing a mixture of an antibiotic, with the exclusion of β-lactam antibiotics, and silver nano- or microparticles, without a chemical bond between the antibiotic and silver. The present preparations are useful in particular in human or veterinary medicine, medical tools and materials, or in cosmetics to eliminate bacterial infections caused by classical antibiotic-resistant bacteria. ˙Linvention concerne une préparation contenant un antibiotique, à lexclusion dantibiotiques de type β-lactame, et de largent sous la forme choisie parmi des nano ou microparticules et un composé dargent, destinée à être utilisée dans le traitement dinfections causées par des bactéries résistant à lantibiotique. Linvention concerne en outre lutilisation de cette préparation pour le traitement de surfaces et/ou de matière contre des bactéries résistantes. Linvention concerne en outre une préparation antibiotique contenant un mélange dun antibiotique, à lexclusion dantibiotiques de type β-lactame, et de nano ou microparticules dargent, sans liaison chimique entre lantibiotique et largent. Les présentes préparations sont utiles, en particulier, en médecine humaine ou vétérinaire, avec des outils et matériaux médicaux ou en cosmétique pour éliminer les infections bactériennes causées par des bactéries résistant aux antibiotiques classiques.
