The present invention is directed to gums and jellies comprising a milled rhodoxanthin form with an average particle size D(v,0.5) of the milled rhodoxanthin in the form in the range of from 400 to 600 nm, more preferably in the range of from 500 nm to 600 nm, whereby the average particle size is measured by Laser Diffraction Malvern Mastersizer 3000, MIE volume distribution.The present invention is also directed to such a milled rhodoxanthin form, its manufacture and its use for coloring gums (especially gummy bears) and jellies.本發明係關於包含研磨紫松果黃素形式之軟糖及果凍,其中該形式中之該研磨紫松果黃素之平均粒徑D(v,0.5)在400nm至600nm範圍內,更佳在500nm至600nm範圍內,藉此該平均粒徑藉由雷射繞射、馬爾文粒徑分析儀3000、MIE體積分佈量測。本發明亦關於此類研磨紫松果黃素形式、其製造及其用於將軟糖(尤其小熊軟糖)及果凍著色之用途。
