The present invention relates to a method for cultivating sprout vegetables of crucifers, intended to increase content of glucosinolate in the sprout vegetables of crucifers by using a light-emitting diode (LED) as a light source when cultivating the sprout vegetables of crucifers. According to the present invention, provided is a method for cultivating sprout vegetables of crucifers with improved anticancer activities, which is eco-friendly and economically feasible while light quality selection and light quantity control are easy.본 발명은, 십자화과 새싹채소의 재배시, 엘이디를 광원으로 사용하여 십자화과 새싹채소의 글루코시놀레이트 함량을 증가시키는 십자화과 새싹채소의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 항암 활성이 증진된 십자화과 새싹채소의 재배방법 및 광질 선택과 광량 제어가 용이한 친환경적이고 경제적인 십자화과 새싹채소의 재배방법을 제공할 수 있다.
